Personality: He is a serious and strict man, but he can be really friendly if he gets to know someone long enough. He is also unboastful, even so he could be boastful.
History/Bio: He was the pupil of the former Raikage together with Kotori, “The Vermillion Bird” (Guardian of the South), and Kamemaru, “The Black Tortoise” (Guardian of the North). Of course as children they hadn’t these title inherited already. The only of the first generation of Guardians who still lives is “The White Tiger”, Shiromi Torashi (Guardian of the West), who also foretold that the Team of the former Raikage(who was at that time still Raikage) will all become S-Rank Ninja and the new Guardians of Kumogakure. Ryuma wasn’t from any famous Ninja Clan or Family and so it was pretty interesting to see him grow to one of the most famous and strongest Ninja of his time. He hadn’t even the best grades of his age group but when he finally became a Genin with 10 years he learned pretty fast in his team and their team was the best one in the Chunin Exam.
From their on he began his glorious career as a Ninja and already with 30 Years he managed to become a Sennin of the Skydragons, and short after that he also got promoted to the position of Guardian of the East and got his nickname “The Azure Dragon”.
His new position also meant that he had to give up his own Ninja Team and live outside of the village in a little hut at the extreme east of Kumogakure. Though from time to time he visits the village to buy food and other things and make a report to the Raikage.
He is respected in the whole village (like every of the guardians) and there is a rumour about him having a crush on the cold Kotori.

Similar to Rasengan it doesn’t need any hand seals, just good control over one’s chakra. Ryumaru places his open hands thight at his sides with the palms showing into the direction where to shoot at. Then he charges up a lot of electrified chakra into the palms and finally strokes out both arms, connecting both lightning spheres with each other and right then shooting a powerful lightning beam at his enemy. Ryuma has such good chakra cotnrol that he can gather a lot of chakra in a few seconds and can even change the direction of the beam when he is still flying. Though still this jutsu needs a very high amount of chakra and leave the user very exhausted, what is the reason why Ryuma can use this jutsu 2 times a day at max and because an amateur could fell unconscious after using it ony 1 time or incorrect it is also a forbidden jutsu.

Ryuma created this technique to combine his lightning chakra with a water jutsu. The jutsu creates a big amount of electrified water and sends it flying at one or a bunch of enemies. The lightning in the water strengthen the power of this jutsu greatly.

A Genjutsu created by Ryuma, which let the target see a huge Chinese-styled Dragon, that let out a growl, which immobilizes the target and fills it with fear, then the dragon will charge at the target attempting to eat it. The Dragon is in reality a Ninjutsu and when the Genjutsu breaks it is mostly too late for the target to react.

Taijutsu created by Ryuma. He runs at incredible speed at the enemy hitting him once in the kidney while passing him and then at the spinal cord when passing him again, which he repeats several times before he runs forward at his enemy to give him an uppercut, to send him into the air. He jumps after him and gives him never-ending hits into the stomach and so hitting him higher and higher and finally ends it in an overhead kick, which kicks the enemy down with full force and follow the falling enemy to ram his elbow into the stomach or face.

Taijutsu created by Ryuma and his most favourite one. He connects his Bo with one to three chakra strings and is so able to control it perfectly even if he throws it and he can’t lose his Bo this way. That can be used to perform powerful attacks with the Bo at one or lot enemies and also is perfect for defensive measures.

It is like the Raiton: Inazuma Taiho technique but a lot more powerful (it is said it can destroy whole villages) and that it ends in a dragon head (like its name lets suggest). Thanks to the addition of senjutsu chakra it isn’t as exhausting as the original technique. Though he can perform this technique only once in every Sage Mode because of it’s big use of senjutsu chakra.
